The Barista plays a key role in our energetic team of food and beverage enthusiasts who are driven to provide excellent customer service serving made to order beverages and pastries.Essential FunctionsThe following list is not inclusive of additional responsibilities that may be requested by restaurant management.Welcoming and greeting customers.Preparing and selling coffee and specialty coffee products by following the proper procedures and recipes for various coffee drinks.Ordering, receiving and stocking retail products and stock supplies.Ringing orders and presenting checks.Opening and closing duties.Sanitizing and cleaning utensils, work areas and equipment.Serving and preparing foods.Grinding, weighing and packing coffee beans for customers.Prompt and friendly customer service.QualificationsCompetency Statement(s)Communication- Professional oral and written communication skills.
