Required Qualifications & Experience

• Significant commercial or industrial electrical experience.

• Ability to perform commercial electrical work independently.
• Ability to read plans, determine materials, and organize field work without repeated direction.

• Working knowledge of electrical codes and safe work practices.
• Ability to communicate clearly with team members and customers.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Experience with electrical services, panels, transformers, underground work, EV chargers, and commercial remodels.
• Experience mentoring or training electricians and apprentices.
• OSHA, lift, fall-protection, or other applicable safety certifications.
• Candidates with fewer years of experience may also be considered when they demonstrate strong commercial skills, three-phase knowledge, reliability, work ethic, and the potential to grow within the division.

Compensation & Benefits

• $30–$40 per hour, based on experience and technical skill.
• Overtime opportunities based on project needs.
• Biweekly pay cycle.
• Paid time off and paid holidays.
• 401(k) retirement plan with employer contribution.
